12th Oct 2005 : gWiFi gets mentioned in an article on ABC website

• gWiFi is mentioned in an ABC Local news article on Google Map Projects. :)

02nd Oct - 03rd Oct 2005: More Access points added

• Added some access points located in UK to the site. This list was sent to me by Richard Kershaw
• Added some access points located in California, US to the site. Data scraped from Yahoo Mobile

27th September 2005: Version 0.5 of gWiFi launched

• The gWiFi script was completely rewritten to make it faster and more efficient
• The script now limits the search for accesspoints to be displayed based on the map boundaries
• Increased the number of accesspoints shown at a time from 25 to 200
• The map now refreshes correctly if the user drags the map to a new location
• Transfered the gWiFi site to a new domain with a new layout

2nd July 2005: Version 0.1 of gWiFi launched
